I think this will be Flacco's breakout year. I criticized the Ravens' offseason moves at first: Losing Mason and Heap was a huge blow to reliability and they never even TRIED to use Stallworth Le'Ron McClain was only used properly ONE year... and he went to the Pro Bowl. They should have kept McClain and run him like a Ron Dayne type back Lost their backup QB Didn't get any shutdown corners But after watching pre-season I'm pretty excited: Lee Evans is a real deal deep threat. Even with Boldin, our WR core wasn't that elite but this year we could really do some big things with Boldin, Evans, and throwing deep. Vonta Leech is a real deal FB and something Flacco will find a huge asset when trying to buy time in the pocket. Rice will enjoy that too, earning him more yards and opening the field further for Flacco The Offensive Line didn't even play together as a unit in preseason and the backups held their own Rookies and Free Agents, especially on the defensive side of the ball, look really good. Especially Jimmy Smith. Watch out. Flacco is going to have a huge year.
